Rance Lucca, owner

Rance Lucca looks more like a pirate or swashbuckler than the owner of The Devildrome arena a few blocks from Vizio’s Tavern. Though he’s popular and successful, he has a reputation for being far too chaotic, greedy, and almost heretical. Certainly he runs The Devildrome to a beat of a different infernal drumline.
